Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by Wild Duck Labs ("we", "our", "us") on Google Play, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply to all Wild Duck Labs Android applications, including Money Manager: Offline Finance App (com.wildducklabs.moneymanager) and any future apps we publish.

2. License to Use

Upon purchase through Google Play, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer your license to another person

3. Purchases & Refunds

Our apps are sold as a one-time purchase through Google Play. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no hidden fees. Once purchased, you own the license permanently.

Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. Google Play typically allows refunds within 48 hours of purchase. We have no ability to issue refunds directly. Contact Google Play support for refund requests.

4. Your Data & Privacy

All data you enter into our apps is stored exclusively on your device. We collect no personal data, operate no servers, and have no access to your information. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We strongly recommend using the in-app backup feature regularly.

5. Google Drive Backup (Money Manager)

Money Manager offers an optional Google Drive backup feature. When you enable this feature:

• You connect your own Google account. We never access your Google credentials.
• Backup files are stored in your Google Drive's private app data folder, inaccessible to other apps or people
• Only the most recent backup is retained on Drive; previous backups are deleted automatically upon successful upload
• Your use of Google Drive is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from Google Drive outages, account changes, or deletion

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Financial data displayed in the app is derived entirely from information you enter — we make no representation as to its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any financial decision.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wild Duck Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

8. Updates & Changes to the App

We may update the app from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or maintain compatibility with new Android versions. Updates are delivered through Google Play. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with or without notice.

Major changes that affect core functionality will be communicated through the Play Store release notes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted at wildducklabs.com/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Wild Duck Labs operates.
